Right in the heart of city, 1400 sq. ft, 135 m2, located on one of the most attractive areas in Copenhagen where you have the beautiful canals, and lakes by Christianshavn where is an ideal area for running or walking, architectural buildings, restaurants and cafes and bakeries all at the same spot.

Just 2 minutes from the apartment, by the canals, you will find the boat station, where you can get your tickets and see the whole Copenhagen.

7 minutes walk to walking street, nyhavn, Royal theatre and all attractions, close to Christiania, Royal Naval Museum, the famous church with the wrong stairs.

3 minutes walk to Metro or Hop-on Hop-off stations. I have attached the metro station's map under the pictures, so you have an idea about where we are located. Our station is called Christianshavn.

It is only one station away from the most seightseeings in Copenhagen such as Kongens Nytorv, Strøget, walking street and Nyhavn, Royal theater, City hall.

The apartment, as you can see, has two bedrooms, one livingroom, one dinning room and a kitchen and bathroom with warm tub and shower. The bathroom and the entire apartment is aquipped with floor heating during the winter time and the bathroom has always the warm floor.

The apartment has been decorated by a very famous interior designer from Atlanta, G.A., U.S.A and the most of the items are high end. The kitchen has an island with all the dishes and glasses and the stove is an high end brand, so is the ventilation a Espresso machine.Additional to all these facilities.

The apartment is located on the first floor and everything is newly renovated. The neighborhood is pretty neat and busy. Lots of life and movements. Close to Christianshavn's canals you can enjoy the view of boats and cafees and sound of laughter and crowd. The area is packed with restaurants and cafees to enjoy a lunch or dinner. The best bakery in town is also located 3 minutes from us. You can rent bikes just 200 meters from the apartment. We have bike stations where you can use your credit card to rent them.

Hi there, Thanks for being so unreasonable and unfair. I have the whole conversation, from the very beginning and I sent you all the answers you needed plus reviews from Australians who have been staying at our apartment. Based on that you booked my place. You have NEVER asked about 2 rooms and you did not inform that you want to sleep in separate beds. We have 4 beds in the apartment, and it seems you guys has been using all of them. It is very normal when you book an apartment for 2 people, and show up 4 people or using all the beds.. If you use all the beddings, I do not understand why you are complaint for being charge for that. There are lots of different bottles in the apartment, from Champagne to Cognac, vodka, wine and so on. And we did not put the champagne on the kitchen table with any welcome texts for you to feel the champagne was on us. I did send you a very detailed information about how to get to our apartment from the airport, about the facilities in the apartment, and believe me if the champagne was on us, I would have mentioned it, more information about neighborhood, grocery, restaurants. And again not even a word about free champagne!!!!! You left the apartment right away, as you wrote on you review, how did you know that everything was wrong in the bathroom?! The beds have been bought in USA, Restauration Hardware,. And I think if you are American or Canadian, then you must be familiar with the quality. There is a persian rug worth USD 10.000,- under the table, Couch from Ralph Lauren, very nice tub with top notch brand, Samuel Heath, which is very expensive in Copenhagen, at least, And I do not know about that part of the West, you are talking about, but in Copenhagen all of these items are rare. The kitchen is of one the best brands. The dinning room , a rare peace of art, was decorated with candelabras from Jan Borboglio, Mexican famous artist, whom the items are being sold in Nieman Marcus for min. USD 2000,- There were no Champagne on the dinning table!!!! There is a bar close to dinning table with all different items. When you book my apartment you can see, the different price rang depending on how many people book the apartment, and if you decide to book for 2 people, you can NOT mess up the rest. About the noise, I did inform you on your very first question before you booked the apartment, that you are in downtown and I can not guaranty there wont be any noise, and you answered, you can live with it. Everything has a price, and the price of champagne at my apartment is USD 150. You had the option of asking about the price or at least replacing the bottle after giving it as a gift. False advertising?!!! I think you should read the reviews on air bob or other sites about our apartment!!! By the way you paid around USD 150 per night and NOT Euro 250 per night. The Deposit you paid was USD 300 and NOT USD 500. I am sorry but it seems that you have had another idea about the whole thing here. Nobody has changed the price. you can see what you have paid and I have the copy of it. Hope you can sleep good in your majesty bed where ever your western home is, but at least be sincere when you do the review.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ellie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
