Enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle in our two-bedroom two-bath, tropical retreat in the quiet Pelican Cove on St. Croix's North shore. Newly remodeled throughout with high-end finishes: travertine floors, custom cabinets and quartz countertops in the kitchen, and all new black stainless appliances, full-size HE washer and dryer.

Featuring large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an open floor plan, the easily accessible first-floor condo features tropical decor including a mangowood living set, and rattan dining set. Stay connected with Free WIFI; use the Roku with the big screen TVs, kick back and watch local cable, or pop in a BluRay or DVD.

Relax on the patio and enjoy the ocean views and breezes, or relax in air-conditioned comfort. The condo features beachfront access to Pelican Cove beach, a gorgeous pool, tennis courts, and great restaurants within walking distance.

We love that you enjoyed your stay at our condo and on St. Croix! Google Maps somewhat works to help you find your way around, and the commonwealth is working on a E911 system and adding "real" street signs, but that will take some time to implement. In the meantime, we're happy to help you find everything on our island and we're sure you'll want to come here again and again. We are located right in the middle of the island, which makes it easy to get everywhere, and if you are looking for great snorkeling, be sure to check out not just our beach, but easy trips to Buck Island or my personal favorite, Cane Bay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richelle (the owner) a message.

If Richelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
