Rent for a minimum one day villa of about 150 square meters surrounded by olive trees. 3 bedrooms, including two doubles and a single, blend, together with the two available bathrooms, the spacious living room and bright kitchen, with the green and around the mountain above. The house is equipped with a large and bright living room with a flat screen which gives access to the colorful kitchen equipped with all the indispensable. Two large double bedrooms and an equally spacious single room (which can become double by adding a single bed for € 10 per night) complete, along with two bathrooms with bath and shower, all outside it It transforms into a riot of color in the countryside surrounding landscape. The house is 600 m from the sea and 1.5 km from Cinisi and Terrasini centers; 20 minutes from Palermo and about 50 km from the beautiful San Vito Lo Capo and 30 km from Scopello. The villa is situated a short walk from Cinisi / Terrasini train station and is 10 minutes from the bus station (Ast, Segesta, Russian) and 15 minutes from the international airport Falcone Borsellino from which and for which a shuttle service is available at payment. The house is suitable for smokers and nonsmokers. And 'granted free entry of pets, we saw the huge garden surrounding the villa. They are also available, free of charge, parking and bike rental. The villa has, among other things, a barbecue outside and air conditioners in every room. The villa is rented for a minimum stay of 3 days. E 'available free wi-fi. The addition of any extra bed implies an increase of 10 € per night. We do not accept credit cards. The reservation is made after the payment of 30% of the amount, the remaining 70% is paid in cash on arrival by guests.
