From the owner

It is our pleasure to introduce you our "shabby-chic style" 2 bedroom loft unit. You will be given a set of keys for your own private access to the unit, where you will find a spacious living room with 2 separate bedrooms. Free WiFi and TV with premium channels including HBO, Netflix, and Sling TV. Very useful kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Everything is included in the unit, and you are welcome to use it.

This unit has unique decorations and layout.

The first floor has a spacious living room with a couch, family size dining table, 48 inch TV and an electric fireplace. There is a bedroom with 2 twin size beds perfect for adults or families with children. The kids will love the pirate-themed bedroom. Toys in the pirates quarters (kids room) is for decorative purposes only. Please do not play with them or take them out of the room. Any missing or broken items are subject to extra charges.

The Second floor features a romantic master bedroom/ loft with beveled ceilings. (Please note that the ceilings in this room are low, therefore it might be uncomfortable for taller individuals.) It does include a very comfortable king size bed, cotton bedding, down pillows, an electric fireplace, as well as an extra AC, for those that like it cooler at night. There is a cozy little sitting area for two as well.

Overall, this unit has a wonderful, light, cozy feeling. We do our best to make sure that our guests enjoy their stay and get as much privacy as possible. We provide all the things you might need in the unit. The location is convenient because it is close to shopping centers and recreational areas.

It does not matter if you traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area you will be very satisfied with your stay.

We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the

whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.

In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.

If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.

If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows, or put on electric fireplace in winter time.

If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.

How do damage deposits work?
