Former convent and elegant rural residence, located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, Il Biribino is an ideal base to visit the most important historic towns of both regions. It is featuring suites with pool. We have 4 different types of rooms to suit everyone's needs: double room also for single use, junior suites, apartments (family room) and deluxe suites with a private spa pool. Treat yourself or give a magical time to your love. Celebrate in a suite with swimming pool, in a delightful setting for unforgettable sensations. Terms of rent: The 'Il Biribino' consists of a main building and other buildings located on the back, is made up of agricultural barns and outbuildings, all it surrounded by a fenced garden of about 2000 square meters. Inside the complex there is an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool and hot tub, Jacuzzi tub. If you rent the entire property, there is no breakfast service. There will be a caretaker, can provide cleaning services and assistance. RENT THE ENTIRE COMPLEX (max 23 persons) Main house + outbuildings, there are no other guests, rental: Main house and outbuildings as described above; With caracterisics following: -A large living room with fireplace and dining area, seating 22; -A veranda with oven, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, kitchen-accesorised with barbecue, refrigerator, dishwasher, glaces, dishes, etc; -9 Rooms subdivise beds in 4 suites, for a total of 21 spaces in bed (it is possible to be added cribs or small beds). -7 Bathrooms with bath or shower, one in each suite and 2 bathrooms, plus one on each floor. -The Pool area is fenced and only for guests, near the pools there are tables, umbrellas, deck chairs and a bathroom with shower; -The indoor spa pool, hot tub, only for guests; -Parking car inside the garden fence; -The garden to share only with the guests of addiction and owners. The owners reserve the use of the Agricultural annexes. ACTIVITY 'AND SERVICES: Small pets, pool, children's pool, parking, garden, Jacuzzi, satellite TV, bikes, area is part, outside to plant light. Around this area: restaurants, horseback riding, tennis and golf cort, trekking, skating, archery, fishing and hunting. Extra services included in the price: -towels, -linen, -heating; -Electricity, hot water, final -cleaning. EXTRA SERVICES NOT IN THE PRICE: -Daily cleaning, 12 euro for one hour; baby-sitter, 12 € for an hour; - Washing and ironing, 12 euro for an hour.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maurizio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
