Attractive, spacious 3 bed (2 baths) villa furnished to a high standard with private pool and garden overlooking the residential area of Quesada. The master bedroom has en suite bathroom. There is a separate dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped to feel at home. The spacious balcony overlooks the 8X4 m pool and the beautifully maintained garden with BBQ and sunbeds.

The area is one of the healthiest places in the world with 300 sunny days annually and the salt lakes helping to ease rheumatism, asthma, skin problems.

The sandy beach of Guardamar is a couple of minutes' drive away. Likewise, a couple of minutes' drive will take us to the lively coastal town of Torrevieja and to La Marquesa Golf Club. Banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and other shops are within easy reach. A car is recommended.

Further opportunities are to visit Alicante and Benidorm with its theme parks (Terra Mítica and Mundomar) of Elche with its huge palm forest. Driving down to the south, Murcia, La Manga, and Cartagena are worth visiting.

This beautiful villa boasts three bedrooms (comfortably suitable for 6 persons), two with double beds, one with twin beds.The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is spacious with a three-seater sofa and two arm chairs. The dining area will accommodate six to eat comfortably. SAT TV (English, Spanish channels), home cinema (DVD, CD), air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed. The property is suitable for stay all year round stay being equipped with cold and hot air-conditioning units and fireplace in the living room. Cot and high-chair are provided upon extra request for your little one.

There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private pool of 8X4 meters and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, BBQ and sun beds. The spacious covered balcony offers beautiful views over the residential area. Very quiet residential area for a relaxing family holiday.

We thank for your feedback. We discussed with our property manager. Unfortunately, there was a strong wind and storm before your arrival, thus the outside area could not be cleaned properly. We shall pay more attention to the outside area as well. We have installed a tap in the solarium to be able to wash sunbeds easily might it become covered with some sand.
