Chalet con piscina privada y BBQ cerca del centro de Ciudad Quesada, sur de Alicante. Es un chalet completamente privado,recien renovado.

La casa está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, además de aire acondicionado en el salón-comedor, calefacción en todas las dependencias, wifi- inhalámbrico, TV + NETFLIX , vajilla y cubertería, instrumental de cocina completo, ropa de cama y toallas, champú y jabón en baños, botiquín y set de limpieza.

Las localidades de Torrevieja y Guardamar del Segura, con las que conecta mediante transporte público, cuentan con grandes centros comerciales de ocio, como La Zenia Boulevard y Habaneras, además de numerosas playas en los términos de La Mata y Guardamar ,ubicadas a 4 kilómetros.

Dentro de la misma urbanización se encuentra el campo de golf La Marquesa y además cuenta con otros 15 campos de golf en menos de 40 kilómetros. Dentro de la misma urbanización también cuenta con un parque acuático.

Los huéspedes tendrán a su disposición el teléfono directo de los propietarios.

Se permite fumar pero sólo en las zonas abiertas, como las terrazas, nunca dentro de casa.

Villa with private pool and BBQ near the center of Ciudad Quesada, south of Alicante. It is a completely private villa, recently renovated.

The house is equipped with all the necessary appliances, as well as air conditioning in the living-dining room, heating in all rooms, wireless Wi-Fi, TV + NETFLIX, crockery and cutlery, complete kitchen equipment, bedding - linen and towels, shampoo and soap in bathrooms, medicine cabinet and cleaning set.

The towns of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura, with which it connects by public transport, have large leisure shopping centers, such as La Zenia Boulevard and Habaneras, in addition to beaches located at La Mata and Guardamar, 4 kilometers away.

Within the same urbanization is the La Marquesa golf course and it also has 15 other golf courses in less than 40 kilometers. Within the same urbanization it also has a water park.

Smoking is allowed but only in open areas such as terraces, never indoors.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carlos (the owner) a message.

    If Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
