Acogedor apartamento para 4 personas, planta baja, con jardín, amplia terraza y piscina comunitaria, orientado al Sudeste.

Distribuido en dos dormitorios (habitación de matrimonio y habitación doble, baño con ducha, cocina completamente equipada, con nevera grande, microondas y lavadora (obra nueva 2016) y comedor ( con sofá cama, TV led 32" y equipo de música ). Jardín privado de 80m2, ideal como solárium y para que jueguen los niños. Amplia terraza para cenas a la luz de las velas. Piscina comunitaria con tumbonas, con dos niveles, para niños y adultos.

Apartamento preparado para los más pequeños de la casa, con cuna de viaje, trona, ...

Y para los mas mayores acceso Wifi .

Situado en una zona tranquila, residencial, de Cala'n Bosch, y a tres minutos andando del puerto deportivo, de donde salen las embarcaciones para visitar las calas de la isla, o donde si quieres podrás alquilarlas para navegar, y sentirte capitán por un día.

Ubicación ideal, cerca de todos los servicios necesarios para tu estancia ( supermercados, farmacia, agencias de alquiler de coches, ... ), para tu descanso ( zona residencial y tranquila ), para tu disfrute ( puerto deportivo con bares, restaurantes, animación variada, ... ) todo lo que puedas necesitar para tu estancia y disfrute en la isla.

Comunicado con los principales pueblos de la isla mediante autobús, con parada a 200 mt del apartamento.

    Sentimos muchísimo que el apartamento no estuviera del todo perfectamente limpio. Se ha avisado a la empresa responsable de la limpieza y entrega de llaves para que no vuelva a pasar. Me han comentado que estaban desbordados entregando llaves en agosto. Vuelvo a disculparme nuevamente, como ya lo hice por mensaje.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marta (the owner) a message.

    If Marta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
