LA CASA

El Aire Acondicionado:

Tendréis un climatizador en la casa, podréis regular la temperatura de la casa desde un único control y despreocuparos de ir encendiendo y apagando el aire acondicionado.

Los dormitorios:

- Un dormitorio doble con cama de matrimonio grande, CLIMATIZACIÓN, caja fuerte, baño privado y armario.

- Dos dormitorios dobles con camas individuales, armarios y CLIMATIZACIÓN en ambos.

Los dos baños:

- Un baño en suite (dentro del dormitorio de matrimonio), que dispones de bañera, bidet, inodoro, lavabo y un gran espejo.

- Un segundo baño con bañera, inodoro y espejo.

- Ambos baños tienen ventana de ventilación al jardín.

La cocina:

- Dispone de lavavajillas, horno, microondas, placa vitrocerámica, cafetera Nespresso, cafetera italiana (de rosca), batidora (túrmix), tostadora, utensilios de cocina y menaje. (Incluye paellera)

- IMPORTANTE: NO proveemos de aceite, sal y pimienta.

El salón:

- El salón está equipado con un televisor de 55", wifi (en toda la casa), 2 sofás de 3 plazas cada uno, mesa de comedor para 6 comensales y terraza exterior con otra mesa de exterior para 6 personas.

La piscina:

- Gran piscina, recordar que es obligatorio que los más pequeños estén siempre acompañados por adulto/s.

- La piscina está rodeada de una gran zona para tomar el sol con tumbonas y mobiliario de jardín.

La Barbacoa:

- Es una enorme barbacoa de obra, situada en la zona de la piscina.

- Dispone de una gran zona de preparación y utensilios para los amantes de la parrilla.

LA ZONA

Es la playa más cercana a la casa, es un lugar muy tranquilo, con un pequeño chiringuito (bar de playa) y una zona muy bonita de buceo!

CALA SANTANDRIA

Situada a 400 metros, es una zona ideal para ir con niños, ya que podéis comer en varios restaurantes con vistas al mar, se pueden realizar excursiones a pie visitando la torre de vigía de Santandría y mucho más!

CIUTADELLA

A 5km está Ciutadella, la ciudad más bonita de toda Menorca. No os la podéis perder!

Why can't I call Miguel (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miguel (the owner) a message.

If Miguel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
