Entire House furnished situated inside a House/Tower, formerly inhabited by priests, just renovated, new furniture. Located in the historic centre of Civitella d'agliano (VT), with adjacent parking. GREAT FOR WEEKEND OUTSIDE ROME. Three floors divided into:-living room with kitchen cabinet, sofa-bed, fireplace and satellite tv; -Double bedroom with private bathroom, satellite tv and panoramic views; -Relax room with jacuzzi, shower and three seats. Lovely little balcony with a table and a view of the village. FREE USE of OUR swimming pool in 4 MINUTES by car FROM the HISTORIC CITY CENTRE, where on request catering service is available. The strategic location allows you to visit many places of interest both in Lazio, Umbria, Tuscany. Civita di Bagnoregio is a mere 15 minutes, in 10 minutes you can take a trip on the Lake of Bolsena. Orvieto, Bomarzo and Viterbo are within a half-hour drive along with the beautiful landscapes of the Valley of the Badlands which is 10 minutes. In a minute you can reach the oasis of Alviano and fishing Lake. Distances to the nearest tourist location: Civita di Bagnoregio Km, Orvieto 12 Km, Todi 20 Km, Bolsena 40 Km 25; Rome 1 hour by Highway. Pets are allowed.

    Buongiorno, grazie del suo giudizio che per noi è sempre importante. - Per quanto riguarda il malfunzionamento della vasca idromassaggio, rinnoviamo le scuse già fatte di persona, c'è stato un problema tecnico non previsto quel giorno, dato che i clienti sono sempre felici di questa, come noterà la settimana seguente siamo rimasti chiusi proprio per la manutenzione della vasca. - La colazione in una casa vacanze, è quella che si può tenere di autopreparazione e credevamo che " marmellate, burro, fette biscottate, latte, caffè, thè, succo d'arancia, crostata, cornetti" fosse abbastanza per una notte per 2 persone, se così non è ci scusiamo, è difficile far trovare cibi pronti in casa, è più probabile in un hotel. - La caffettiera che ha trovato sporca è quella che teniamo per bellezza, mi dispiace, per questo ne avevamo lasciata una funzionante sul fornello, provvederemo sicuramente. - Il caldo della camera, ci scusiamo ma in un anno è la prima volta che ce lo dicono, dato che è una casa secolare a muri larghi, per questo nelle note, non c'è aria condizionata, ma un semplice ventilatore. Comunque il cliente ha sempre ragione, siamo dispiaciuti per il Suo soggiorno negativo è anche per questo che Le abbiamo restituito un rimborso spese viaggio (del quale però non ha parlato, strano ..). Forse anche noi la prossima volta che ospiteremo controlleremo meglio su tripadvisor ... Cordiali Saluti

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roberto (the owner) a message.

    If Roberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
