Villa Egirina is a characteristic ancient house situated in a secluded location surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Egirina you will enjoy an incredible view of the Valdichiana (Chiana Valley) and of the vineyards. Villa Egirina is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Civitella in Val di Chiana, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store.

To stay at Villa Egirina you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a parking lot. Please note that access to Villa Egirina is along a 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool

You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going down a 40-meters (130-feet) private walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately four stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is equipped with chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Valdichiana (Chiana Valley) and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

Patio

The patio is 65 square meters (700 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the Tuscan countryside.

Garden

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside. The furnishings include a leather sofa. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the countryside.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The room has a window.

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two wrought iron twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

Bedroom 4

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. The room has a window with a view of the garden.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

How do damage deposits work?
