Our newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2.25 bath home is the ideal place for next getaway. Whether you enjoy golfing, biking, hiking, snow sports, gourmet food / wine, fly fishing, horseback riding, river rafting or just want a place to BBQ, play games / watch movies and/or soak in a hot tub, the house will not disappoint!

Main floor:
The home has a fantastic design and will provide a great vacation experience for up to 9 guests. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a modern gourmet kitchen, complete with 5 burner gas range, large whirlpool refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher. Between the kitchen and living area is dining area with chairs for 6, add up to 4 bar stools for additional capacity. The living room provides a great gathering space– With its vaulted ceiling, large and comfy sectional, flip a switch fireplace, bluetooth/headset jack enabled rick stereo system, 48' LED screen (complete with DISH Network and Netflix streaming) and view out onto the green space. Open the doors to the large covered deck complete with a large outdoor furniture set and charbroil infrared BBQ (that sears meat to perfection). There is access to the deck from the main floor master as well. Below the deck is our new hot tub and a gorgeous fire pit.
The main floor master suite has high ceilings, a comfy high end king sized bed and separate access to the outdoor space makes it perfect for pets. The en-suit bathroom contains a large tub, enclosed glass shower, two sinks and spacious vanity. The walk in closet is heated and makes for the perfect sleeping space for your baby or toddler, we provide the pack & play - so you can leave yours at home! And there is a changing with removable and cleanable cover. This allows for a quiet and separate nursery for baby to sleep peacefully.
The larger upstairs bedroom contains a luxurious Stearns and Foster king mattress for a lovely night sleep.
Adjacent, but not connected, to this bedrooms is a spacious bathroom with two sinks and an enclosed tub/shower combo. Just down the hall is a third bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed. The base rental price includes lodging, towels and linens for 6, however we allow up to 9 guests total with approval and a $10 per person, per night fee for guests 7, 8 and or 9. Linens, duvets, pillows and towels are provided for these extra folks once prepaid and approved. We have friends who live close by in the development and our cleaners do a good inventory of the home. Any misrepresentation of your group size may result in a forfeiture of a portion or all of your damage deposit. Up to two pets are allowed for $40 per animal per stay, so long as the pets are not left unattended in the home (use a kennel if you leave) and so long as pets are well behaved and house broken. Any accidents or damage to the home will result in additional charges to repair / clean / dispose of damaged item(s).
Located in the heart of the resort, our rustic modern mountain escape is a very short walk from the Inn, which houses the Prospector course Pro Shop and The Canary Grill – open during the golf season. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the Lodge, which contains 2 restaurants, a coffee shop and a great hiking trail down to the Cle Elum River. It is a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Swiftwater Cellars and the Rope Rider golf course.

*** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center unless we physically walk our guests in. We offer this when we are staying in the resort (we are around twice monthly), I will alert you if this is a possibility at the time of your stay ***

Cancellation policy: Damage deposit, tax & cleaning always fully refundable. 90% of the total nightly rental rate returned for any cancellations over 60 days prior to arrival. Partial refund inside of 60 days if re-rented, refund depends on new rental income received, any difference is paid by original renter.
