This is the perfect family vacation place! Everything you need to create happy memories with the kids and extended family has been though of in Surfside 202. Just bring your swimsuits and you are ready to relax and take in the colorful sunsets right from your balcony. This beautiful 3 bedroom, second floor condo is directly on the gorgeous white sands of Clearwater Beach. You\'re sure to fall in love with the sea breezes and jaw dropping views over the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico right from the beachfront balcony.

The remodel has focused on an open beach-home feel to match the laid-back and comfortable community of Clearwater Beach. Renovations consisted of switching from carpet to tile for a great airy feel in the condo. The flat screen TVs added to all rooms have kept the condo up to date and modern. New dining room and living room furniture in neutral colors with blue accents keep the condo feeling cool and sophisticated with subtle reminders that the calm Gulf is quite close by. Surfside 202 has optimum layout and furnishings for large families looking for a comfortable beach getaway. Having so much to offer, we know you\'ll love Surfside 202 and it\'s new additions as much as everyone at Florida Beach Rentals does.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is approximately 1580 square feet and is located directly on the white sands of Clearwater Beach. When you step out onto the balcony you look directly onto the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The unit offers wireless internet access and a full kitchen with washer and dryer. The building has a heated pool and one assigned parking space.

Let the warm rays of sunshine penetrate your body as you relax in a sun lounge on the beach. or take a refreshing dip in the cool waters of the Gulf before returning to your condominium for an afternoon siesta.

You might like to take a walk through the souvenir shops or sample the native seafood restaurants. For exercise, bicycle down the beach strip or take in a game of tennis or golf in the many Clearwater locations. Enjoy one of the many water sports available such as swimming, scuba, water skiing, Para-sailing, or deep sea fishing. Finally, imagine completing your day sitting on your private balcony directly in front of a gorgeous Florida sunset.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
