Avalon at Clearwater is a gated development set in Clearwater,FL., close to the Gulf Beaches which are only a 10 minute drive away.The Avalon offers a host of features including a year round heated resort style swimming pool, close by bars and restaurants, internet access, and clubhouse with a fully equipped gym. There is a Publix supermarket and various shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The condo is set in secure landscaped grounds with plentiful parking and has fantastic views of the pool from all the rooms and the outdoor balcony.All linens, beach and bath towels are provided and there is a washing machine and dryer available for your use. The bedroom has a second TV, a queen size bed, walk in closet and view of the pool.The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including - stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and icemaker. There are plenty of dishes, glasses and assorted cutlery along with small appliances which include coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker and electric frying pan.There are many different types of bars, restaurants within walking distance or go into Clearwater, Dunedin, Tampa or St. Petersburg, (all a very short drive) . You can take the Beach Trolley bus to visit the Clearwater Beach area for award-winning 'sugar sand' beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star 'Winter' from the film 'Winter's Tale' at the Clearwater Aquarium. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration.There are several area golf courses, only a few minutes drive away. Local sports include the Tampa Bay Rays Baseball, Buccaneers Football, Lightning Hockey, the St. Pete Indy Car Race, and the MLB spring training facilities for the Toronto Blue Jays, Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies. All sports fields are just minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. This condo is a gem!. We wanted a place that felt like home, where guests can relax and unwind. It's cozy and very comfortable in a perfect, quiet location. We would love to share our vacation home with you!

Why can't I call Maggie (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Maggie (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maggie (the owner) a message.

If Maggie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
