If you are looking for 'high end' accommodation, this is the vacation home for you!

We have one strong and abiding theme which runs through every aspect of renting our Orlando vacation home. It is one which stands for genuine high quality and great value for money. We appeal to clients who seek the type of ambiance found only in high end vacation rental accommodation and high class hotels. Our clients seek genuine luxury in a private but spacious environment, one where their family and friends can relax and unwind.

Our Orlando vacation home rental service has satisfied the demands of many discerning clients, all of whom feel they have received excellent value for money from a high quality product and an exceptionally focused and responsive service. We believe in attention to detail and ''The Client Comes First'' is genuinely and firmly embedded at the heart of all we do.

Although vacation homes are self catering style, who wants to be bothered with the mundane stuff like cleaning products on vacation!

There will be plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish detergent, cleaning items, scourers and cloths under the sink.

You'll also find kitchen roll, sandwich bags, aluminum, Saran wrap, plastic knives, forks & spoons, napkins and plastic containers if you want to take snacks to the parks. There's a few cool boxes too and ice packs in the freezer.

So you don't have to worry about groceries as soon as you arrive, there will be a welcome grocery basket waiting for you with items such as coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, cookies, snacks, juice and soda.

We have a high efficiency washer and dryer and you'll find laundry detergent and conditioner in the utility room, together with an iron and ironing board.

There's really not much else you need to bring except your smile!

The kitchen has everything you could need, whether you are preparing a light snack or a full gourmet dinner. There's granite counter tops and you'll find a wide range of utensils, crockery, pots and pans. There is a large fridge/freezer with ice machine and water dispenser, dishwasher, gas stove and hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, Keurig coffee maker and plenty of cupboard space.

The breakfast nook is light and sunny and has a marble top dining table.

Linens & Towels. All linens and towels are provided and there are pool towels too which you are welcome to take to the beach.

In the bathrooms, there will be a full container of liquid hand soap with a refill in the cabinet, plus hotel style welcome amenities to start your first day including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel, shower cap, makeup wipes, mouthwash and facial soap.

On arrival, you will be welcomed with a conscientiously selected welcome pack that includes coffee, creamer, sugar, cookies and a few other extras to make you feel immediately at home.

Do I need pool and spa heating?

October to May

We generally recommend pool heat from October through May. Although the air temperatures are nice and warm in the winter months, the water will be too cold to use without pool heat.

Unless of course you are hardy souls and very like cold water!

We have a gas heating system which ensures toasty warm water in the cooler winter months and we heat the pool to 88/89 degrees.

September and May are kind of in-between months. Most guests do have the pool heated but it's a little warmer naturally than the winter months.

Summer Pool Heat

Summer is purely down to personal preference. Some guests like the water cool and refreshing, some like it with the chill taken off.

Most guests don't have the pool heated in the summer, but some do, so it's really down to your own comfort level. The warmth of the sun will heat the water to 86/87 and pool heat will take it up to 88/89

If you are not sure, you can always wait until you arrive to 'test the water' and if it's a little cool for you, we can turn the heat on.

It's a gas system so it only takes few hours to heat up.

If there's anything specific you need, just ask, we probably have it!

Hi, Mark. In a word … my comment would be "overall a wonderful experience." The house was perfect, staff was perfect, décor -- perfect. The place was well cleaned, appointed with everything we would expect at home. You may find it interesting that most of the family group commented the first morning about how comfortable they found the beds. The added touch of finding some key grocery items already in stock meant that we hit the road running without worrying about a stop at Walmart that evening. I assure you, the next time we come back to Orlando … we'll be contacting your team. Finally, let me say how delightful your staff was. Graham and Gary -- the best.

I just want to take this opportunity to thank you for a wonderful vacation that was had by myself and all my family. From the start of the booking process to leaving the property on the last day the device was the best. The property itself was very well appointed, with modern furnishings and we could see that no expense was spared when equipping the property. The pool and spa was a great hit with the kids. A beautiful secluded property that offered the privacy that we wanted, but was very close to Disney and we were there most days within 10 minutes. We will be back.

By far, this was the best experience we have had in 10 years of renting vacation homes! The home was spotless, well equipped, spacious with comfortable furnishings and bedding. From the onset of the first email, we found these owners to be the most professional, communicative and caring individuals we have ever dealt with! I would highly recommend this house to anyone that has high standards as you will not be disappointed! I will definitely rent this home again! Seriously, they should write the book - it really could not have been better!

I cannot say enough about this home and the thoughtfulness of the owner. The decor was beautiful and welcoming. My children, 9 year old twins and a 13 year old son who requires a wheelchair for mobility, were all very comfortable. My 9 year olds loved the game room. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and the comfortable chairs surrounding it. The beds were super comfortable. The location is fantastic for families heading to Orlando's theme parks. There just aren't enough superlatives. We absolutely loved it - the kids would like to move in permanently!

Thanks very much Mark for allowing us to use your home. We had a fantastic time, and enjoyed every minute. Your home is beautiful and we just didn't want to come back ! We spent a lot of time at the theme parks and there were plenty of local restaurants, although the villa was so beautiful and well equipped we stayed in and cooked quite a few nights. Everyone enjoyed the pool area and the kids loved the games room. We all thought that orange tree was a fantastic place loverly and quiet. Dana and the boys are already planning next years trip and we've only been back a couple of weeks ! we will not hesitate to come straight to you for our next booking, which is looking like it might be sooner than expected. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home and helping us have a Wonderful time !!!

Great facility in a superb location. The local mangement team gave great response to the minor issues we had, all in all an outstanding experience. The one shortfall in terms of total excellence was the cleanliness of the property, it was only good and liveable but not excellent, and there was some mid-season wear and tear on the property. However absolutely no hesitation recommending this to our friends and family. Our many thanks to the Voisey's and Gary and Graham the management team.
