Our villa, Ashland Palms, is a luxurious and spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom villa, situated in a perfect location for you to enjoy all that Orlando and the wider Central Florida area has to offer or just kick back in our tranquil haven and relax in the south facing pool & spa.

The villa is situated within the exclusive Glenbrook Resort on Highway 27 in South Clermont. Glenbrook is a beautifully maintained, refined and quiet community with finely manicured lawned areas and a clubhouse that includes a lounge area, gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis court, toddlers play area, table tennis, pool table, volleyball area and fishing lake.

We proudly offer our villa as an exceptional, clean and fully air-conditioned accommodation, sleeping 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms. It benefits from two distinct and well furnished living areas. The family room includes a large HDTV, Xbox and DVD player. The dining/living room provides an additional lounge seating area as well as a large dining table.

There is a games room with a high quality 8ft slate bed pool table, air hockey table and table football.

There is also a large, well equipped kitchen and nook with an additional seating area.

Our villa unusually offers a pool bathroom, allowing direct access on to the pool deck area.

Outside there is a wonderful south facing Pool and Spa, that can be heated on request. We are one of only a small number of villas with a pool deck that incorporates a covered patio/lanai area. High quality and comfortable patio furniture is also provided.

For our guests peace of mind, a monitored security system is also provided along with a safe located in the walk closet in the Master Bathroom area.

The Glenbrook Resort facilities are concentrated in and around the Clubhouse. The clubhouse itself contains a gymnasium and lounge area, where you can relax in sumptuous surroundings and enjoy a coffee whilst browsing the internet or watching the big-screen TV. Outside the clubhouse there is a large resort pool. You can use the pool table and table tennis table that are located in the pool deck area. There is also a tennis court, sand volleyball court, toddlers play area and a fishing lake. Equipment for all of the activities are available from the clubhouse. All of the resort facilities, lawned areas and accommodation are continually maintained to a very high standard for our guests enjoyment.

Getting around

Although not essential we highly recommend a car to enable you to really enjoy the local area, attractions, theme parks, state parks and other recreation destinations and shopping opportunities in the Orlando and Clermont areas. Busch Gardens in Tampa can also be reached by car in around 75 minutes and the beaches of both the Gulf & Atlantic coasts are around a 90 minute drive.

Interaction with guest

Once booked we will be available to answer any questions and provide any information needed. Once the full payment has been made, a final booking confirmation will be emailed to guests that will provide all of the information that should be needed prior to arrival, including check-in instructions. On arrival and although we won't be at the villa we will contact guests to ensure everything is perfect and to answer any questions. Our friendly and reliable Management Company will also be on hand and available to provide any guidance and assistance throughout your stay. A comprehensive guest book is also provided that contains more detailed information on the villa, resort and local area attractions.

“Amazing Rental”

Ashland Palms is an excellent vacation villa. The home has top quality sheets, towels, furnishings and lots of silverware, dishes and utensils. We are very pleased with the property management team and the ease with which we can contact the owners, David & Heather. Everyone who comes into the house comments on how neat and tidy everything is and how homey and warm the atmosphere is. We think we are very lucky to have found such a great rental property.

OMG! Why do you want to stay anywhere else? 1) large property - 3 bathrooms, pool, easy to use jacuzzi too! 2) games room, 2 living rooms, laundry area 3) about a million tv channels, (never had much time to watch myself), kids consol thingy too and DVD's, loadsa books too! 4) shopping: food, pharmacy, take-away's at a short drive. 5) Like fishing? well, x2 ponds (lakes in the UK) a short walk away 6) Disney - 20mins door to door (if you leave early!!) International Drive about 40 mins. Universal etc, about the same 7) Going further - we visited my Gran'ma in Venice area, took about an Hour and a half. Venice is lush too!!! very different to Orlando area. This home is very well decorated and clean. The area is quiet and away from the bright lights and busy traffic, very safe for small children (I have a 5yr old). The owners were very supportive and contact with them is easy and they are on hand if needed. But they have managers that are local, which is very handy, when you lock yourself out of the property!!! (anyway, moving on.....) Main road networks literally 3 mins away. Please contact me if there are particulars you want to know, but, I recommend speaking to the owners, as they are lovely. We had a great stay and wish it could have been longer. We stayed over Xmas and New Year (party of 8 - my parents, and my brother, my partner and x3 kids 18, 15 and 5), so a broad range of ages. Florida is a great (albeit expensive) holiday, but the villa cost was excellent!! If you book anywhere else, you gotta be crazy!!!

What a fabulous home. We searched for ages looking for a place for our 'once in a lifetime' holiday and definitely made the right choice. The villa was very clean and maintained to an exceptional standard and provided everything we needed. The children spent hours in the pool, only to get out and spend time in the Games room. The journey to the Disney Parks was easy and we all enjoyed the long days spent there (fast pass option worth obtaining) but the alternate days at the villa were equally enjoyable. From the first initial contact with the owners until we returned home all our questions were answered quickly and honestly. Clear directions from the Airport were provided and being able to collect the key at the villa made check in extremely easy. The local Management Company were also very quick to respond on the one occasion we needed to contact them. A great holiday all round! Are hoping we can return in the future and will definitely recommend Ashland Palms to Friends & Family.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
