We will be delighted to welcome you to the Domaine de la Forge in Clermont de Beauregard. We are located just minutes north of Bergerac and close to the town of Saint Georges de Monclard. Our area is surrounded by three hectares of greenery, has a nice pool and is an ideal starting point for all your getaways. The design and decoration of the Little Barn are the work of our friend, the Dutch designer Joris Van Grinsven. rated Gite "Furniture tourism 4 star" La Petite Grange is a cottage of 56 m² for 2 persons including:. A room with a double bed 180x200. A bathroom (1 sink, 1 shower and 1 toilet). Living room of 30 m² with a lounge area (TV, DVD player) and a kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer). Washer dryer . Wifi internet access. Nespresso machine. 15 sqm terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Hair dryer . Electric heating . Woodstove The courtyard of 500 sqm around which revolve the buildings provides a friendly atmosphere and allows each of the three cottages to enjoy a private space. The swimming pool fenced (NF P 90-306) is for the exclusive use of tenants of our three cottages. The proximity of many tourist, cultural, sporting and gastronomic activities will make you appreciate the Perigord. Domaine de la Forge is an ideal starting point for these discoveries.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dominique et Hervé (the owner) a message.

If Dominique et Hervé (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
