This Cleveland NY home (approx. 25 Miles north of Syracuse International Airport) is located on the north shore of Oneida Lake which is the largest fresh water lake in the North-East United States in the idyllic, thickly wooded Upstate New York region.

Niagara Falls is a quick 3 hour drive west, scenic Thousand Islands region located on US/Canadian Border is a short 2 hour drive north, Adirondack Mountain range is a quick 2 hour drive east & Lake Ontario just 45 minute drive north.

The region is quite popular with Summer (Kayaking, Fishing, Hiking, Camping, Cycling) travelers as well as winter (Ice Fishing, Snowmobiling) enthusiasts.

This 3 Bedrooms, 2000 Sq.Ft. home which was originally built in 1880 is located on half Acre lot. It has 51 FT. of private waterfront on north shore of Oneida Lake and was recently updated with all the modern comforts / amenities you will need during your vacation.

All 3 Bedrooms are on the top floor with Queen sized beds . Master Bed has attached Bathroom. There is a common Bathroom for use by other 2 Bedrooms. The Half Bathroom (Powder room) is located next to the Dining area on ground floor.

One of the Leather Sofas in Living room has a tucked-in (Queen sized) Bed. We have also provided additional (Serta brand) Inflatable Never-goes-Flat Queen sized bed which can be used to sleep additional guests. As such the house has capacity to sleep 6 adults (3 Bedrooms) plus up to 4 additional guests on the ground floor.

Private driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Sorry but smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Most of the services (Gas Station, Grocery Store, Boat/Kayak Rental, Fishing tackles, Post Office etc.) you will need during your vacation are either a short walk or short ride away.

The photos do not do it justice. It is roomy, well-equipped and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the lakefront is blocked with huge rocks. We had to launch our canoe, paddleboards and sailboat … More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Udayan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
