This is a cosy, terraced cottage, located in the picturesque village of Clun in Shropshire, sleeping two people in one bedroom.Tuc-Tin is a cosy, terraced cottage, located in the picturesque village of Clun in Shropshire, sleeping two people. There is a comfortable double bedroom with feature wooden flooring, a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and woodburning stove. Outside, there is roadside parking opposite within walking distance and a patio and lawned garden area to the rear with furniture. Tuc-Tin is a really lovely holiday base.

Amenities: Oil central heating with range. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, Wi-Fi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent, kindling and smokeless fuel available to purchase in village. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Unrestricted roadside parking nearby. Patio and lawned garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. River Clun 4 mins walk.

Good Afternoon pbriggs1, Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience at Tuc-Tin. I can see we have spoken with you in depth regarding this matter. To clarify, the keys were left with the neighbour only on this occasion, as you were arriving early, which the owner was happy to accommodate but could not get to the property earlier to greet you. Our booking conditions state that if you have any issues at a property, we ask that you contact the owner or Sykes immediately to give us or the owner the opportunity to resolve anything for you. Unfortunately, you did not contact anyone; instead, you left the property and requested a full refund which the owner was unwilling to provide as you did not give him the opportunity to rectify anything for you. Tuc-Tin constantly receives great feedback therefore, your own account was out of character, however, we were very sorry to hear of your upset and can see we offered a gesture to you from Sykes which you declined. I can only apologise if you found us to be unhelpful and you remain dissatisfied with this resolution. Kind regards, Becki at Sykes Cottages
