For the best beach vacation experience in Cocoa Beach, enjoy this upgraded 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo. Located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, it features breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, direct private access to the beach, large oceanfront balcony, spacious bedrooms, stainless steel appliances and generous amenities.

To get to the beautiful sandy beach, simply walk two flights of stairs or take the elevator one floor down, the private gate is just around the corner. Walk 100 yards south to enjoy a delicious meal or drinks on the patio of the famous Coconuts on the Beach. A popular surf fishing destination is just a short walk away as well. Or stay indoors to enjoy a breezy night and watch the waves from your balcony; you may even catch an occasional rocket launch!

The condo features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a ceiling fan, a second bedroom with two single beds (can be pulled together), two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, a washer and dryer, flat-screen TV, and free phone and WiFi internet access. The condo features natural stone floor and new carpet in bedrooms, sound and hurricane-proof windows. Linens and kitchen utensils are provided.

The small 22-unit complex includes a swimming pool and an underground parking garage. You will also appreciate our completely pest-free environment (unlike most properties in Florida).

Cocoa Beach offers the finest vacation experience for the whole family, from great beaches, surfing, fishing and golf to unique attractions like the Kennedy Space Center and the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, Brevard Zoo, and a vibrant nightlife. DisneyWorld and Orlando's many theme parks are also a short drive away.

Private access to the beach and swimming pool, private underground parking, large oceanfront balcony, many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars within short walking distance.

good location. building was fine. condo needed some work.

Review is in the title. the security deposit as we were told in writing was included in quote . however the owner stated it was with Trip Advisor. We feel it was misrepresented.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Konstantin (the owner) a message.

If Konstantin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
