The MAIN and GUEST houses have a total of 3200 sq. ft of living space, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and would sleep up to 14 people with 1 King, 4 Queen beds and 2 Queen size sleeper sofas (in the great room of the main house).

The main house features a spectacular great room with a Corian kitchen, kitchen island with built-in cooktop, huge living and dining areas, beautifully decorated bedrooms, stunning Master Suite with walk-in closet for him and her, a super master bath with a custom built shower and Jacuzzi tab, a separate utility room with washer and dryer. The panoramic ocean view spans the entire east side of the main house – the great room, master bedroom and one of the bedrooms.

The guest house would be great for teenage children or grandparents – it has a kitchenette with refrigerator and convection microwave for fast cooking.

The resort has just been TOTALLY RENOVATED TOP TO BOTTOM AND INSIDE OUT with quality finishings in pure luxury and high end brand new quality furniture.

There are open high ceiling airy rooms, new flooring throughout, newly resurfaced Professional Tennis Court overlooking Atlantic Ocean (finished in US Open Colors - blue playing area with green borders), new tennis court fencing, private Pool/Spa with automated Hayward wireless pool remote, tropical professionally landscaped lot, paved driveway with a 2-car garage and paved parking with enough space for 2 RVs or boats.

Telephones are with free unlimited calling to anywhere in the US and Canada. There is Internet and Wi-Fi with free unlimited access within the property line. There are 6 TVs altogether – in each of the bedrooms and the great room of the main house (Spectrum network channels with HDTV special pack), BlueRay DVD, PlayStation and supply of some movies and games. Full supply of kitchen crockery and cutlery is provided, one set of linen and towels is provided for the duration of the stay, beach towels are also provided. Full supply of paper towels, paper tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, soap is provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are located inside the deck box of the observation deck.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
