Welcome to Cape Winds 106!

This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor - a perfect family friendly unit (no stairs or elevators!)

There is a HUGE double wide patio to maximize the natural light, and enjoy the outdoor space from the Living Room & Master Bedroom.

The condo is a direct oceanfront, so it faces east right towards the ocean and walks out onto a spacious grassy area. Walk only 20 more steps and you are on the beach!

There is plenty to do around the building - swim in the pool, lounge in the hot tub, play tennis or basketball, relax in the sauna - or just hang out on the patio or beach! If you want to venture off the property, you are very close to the Pier (1.3 miles), Ron Jon's Surf Shop, restaurants, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, loads of kids activities and much more!

The unit has been remodeled with a relaxed coastal style in mind - from the maple cabinets and granite in the kitchen, to the King poster canopy bed in the living room. There is a TV in the master, living room and guest room for your enjoyment. The unit sleeps up to 6 people with a king in the master, two twins in the guest and a plush 6" queen foldout mattress for the additional people (we find them more comfortable than a pullout!)

There are additional features to make your stay as comfortable as possible:

Although the listing states "no refund", we understand that things come up. If you have to cancel your reservation and you notify us at least 30 days before check in or earlier, we will not charge the second half of the payment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
