Beautiful Cocoa Beach Condo in Complex On the Beach. Sleeps 8. Master Bedrm has King-size bed, 2nd bedrm has double & 3rd bedrm has 2 twins, Sofa converts to a queen-size bed. Completely furnished - Up to date kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, ice maker, kitchen fully equipped. All linens, bedding and towels provided. Everything you will need. There is free Wif internet and free local and long distance phone calls. Walk out the patio door to large pool and a few steps to private entrance to beach. This condo is an end unit (closest to beach). Putting green on premises There is a reserved covered parking space for each condo. The condo is about a 3 min. walk to Cocoa Beach Pier from beach or street featuring 3 restaurants (inside & outside dining), shops & fishing at end of Pier (also a game room). Bottom of Pier has Hot Dog & ice cream stand with tables on patio on the beach. Condo is in walking distance to other restaurants, shopping & Ron Jons Surf Shop. Less than 1 hr. from Orlando & Melbourne Airports, Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and all Other Orlando attractions. About 45 min. to Kennedy Space Center & Melbourne Zoo. A great place to spend a few hours is Cocoa Village with excellent restaurants, boutiques, craft & antique shops. A must visit is Port Canaveral, Large cruise ships leave daily Many restaurants to enjoy dining by the water.

I have been booking my condo for over 10 years and have never had an incident of a theft. It is very upsetting to me that this happened to you I will alert Management so they can do their best to prevent this from happening again as it is unusual for our complex to have this problem I feel extremely bad that you had this issue but hope you will come back in the future. Why can't I call Marie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Marie (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marie (the owner) a message.

If Marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
