Newly renovated and furnished lovely 1,200 sq ft, 2 story condominium/townhouse. Located on the second floor of a 50 unit complex. Features include all you need to to put your bags down and head to the beach, or sit on the balcony and watch the waves! 1 block from the famous CCB Pier, and since we are on the Atlantic Ocean and overlooking the heated pool you are set for the perfect relaxing beach vacation. Our favorite is sitting on our balcony and looking at the ocean in the morning to watch the sunrise and all the time!!!

In the master bedroom: king bed, 42'" flat screen tv, private full bath,an ottoman that converts into a twin bed, and an ocean/pool view. The second bedroom:has 2 full beds, blow up full bed if needed and a 42' flat screen tv with a full bath just outside the bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen opens up into the LR,/DR, combination for an open air feeling with a new flat screen tv,and dvd player with a large selection of movies to choose from.All new flooring and carpeting throughout the unit. We are fully stocked with kitchen,bathroom, and beach supplies.

45 minutes from Orlando and Disney, 15 minutes from Port Canaveral,with some of our favorite restaurants located there. We are Close to restaurants and shopping of all kinds. Boat and jet ski rentals within a 5 minute drive. And don't miss the quaint town of Cocoa just 15 minutes away. they have wonderful cafes and shopping and art.

We have been coming to Cocoa Beach for over 20 years, We want you to like it just as much as we do so if for any reason you are not happy, we want to know. Please note that Florida law prohibits glass and cans in the pool area, so we have provided plastic cups in our unit for your convenience at the pool.

There is on site management that is there to address any other needs they are friendly and helpful, and there is a laundry facility on premise located near the pool.

FREE local and long distance calls as well as High Speed Internet, and wireless networking. Most of our renters are repeats from the previous years and we hope that you will feel the same.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kim (the owner) a message.

If Kim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
