ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

The townhouse is located in a great position to travel through the north Sardinia, the town is far away only a few kilometers from the main road of Sardinia, called 131, so it's a great hubs to travel and to enjoy the quietness.

30 minutes far away by walk from the house, you can visit the amazing Basilica of Saccargia, built in the XII century.

The closest beach is far away 30 kilometers.

By choosing this house you can enjoy the porch, next to the main entrance, where you can drink wine, relax and talk with your friends. In my house there are seven rooms: a kitchen, where you can cook and eat; a living room with a big sofa and a nice tv; two bathrooms with showers; three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with three single beds and the last with a single bed.

The washing machine and the dryer are available upon request, for free if you stay for more than 4 nights.

The Italian Breakfast is included in the price.

If you are an art lover, in the house you can see lot of paintings and ornaments from all over the world, such as Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and of course Europe and our amazing Island, Sardinia!

IMPORTANT: in this house we welcome any kind of travellers and we work constantly to make cultural diversity a treasure!

La casa è in una posizione strategica per visitare tutto il nord Sardegna, a pochi km dalla strada statale 131, è un ottimo punto di snodo per chi cerca uno spazio accogliente e rilassante.

A 30 minuti a piedi potrete visitare la famosa Basilica di Saccargia e a soli 30 km potrete scorgere meravigliose spiagge.

In questa casa accogliamo qualsiasi tipo di viaggiatore e ci impegniamo di fare ricchezza della diversità culturale.

Scegliendo questa casa avrete a disposizione una veranda in cui potrete sorseggiare ciò che più vi piace, in tutta tranquillità, sia di giorno che di notte; una sala dotata di televisione; una cucina abitabile, provvista del necessario per la preparazione di pranzi e cene; due bagni, dotati entrambi di tutti i servizi; una camera da letto matrimoniale, una tripla e infine una singola.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mauro (the owner) a message.

    If Mauro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
