It is located between the vineyards of the Grande Champagne, the most impressive area of ​​the Charente, the source for the spirit drink Cognac , and this at barely 5 minutes from the center of Cognac. The rolling landscape of the Cognac region has a rich cultural and architectural heritage, idyllic villages, cultural events and numerous recreational opportunities such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, golf, tennis, fishing etc. Cognac is the place where the spirit drink was born and is today the symbol for the bon vivant. Pay a visit to a distillery of Cognac, Pineau de Charente or a local wine grower. Our home is also the ideal starting point for a real France trip: Poitiers, Futuroscope, Saintes, Iles de Ré, Augoulème, Limoges, Bordeaux, Jarnac, Marais Poitevin etc. Come and discover this completely renovated villa from June 2017 Through the large windows in the house you will get a pleasant, spacious feeling. They give you access to the terrace and the south-facing garden. On both terraces (above and below) and around the pool there is modern designer garden furniture at your disposal. You can enjoy here in peace and in the evening you can have a chat with a barbecue. The house also has a living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen and 6 bedrooms, 3 of which have direct access to the bathroom. The children's room has a bunk bed, a single bed and a cot. Option bed linen 20 € / bed For the little ones I can give you that every staircase is equipped with a security. There is also a high chair, a go-cart, a number of steps and games available .. The nearest TGV connection is Angoulème, with connection to Cognac (40 min). By car the house is accessible via the A10. Airports: Poitiers, Bordeaux.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If SABIEN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
