This is a Self contained 110 sq.m apartment situated on the highest level of Sierra Gorda with breath taking views of the surrounding hills and mountains with a large terrace and lovely swimming pool which is 8x4 meter with step leading down to 1.45m to 1.95m deep, there is also BBQ facilities

Inside and Lay out

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of this superb villa furnished to a high standard comprising of a sitting room/dining room, large kitchen,laundry room,1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a sofa bed in a separate area of the main living space which is 120cm (4ft wide) a family bathroom with shower/ bathtub,wash basin,bidet,toilet. The kitchen is also equipped with four electric hobs,oven, microwave,large fridge freezer, wine fridge and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine,nutri bullet juice maker, grill machine.

It has air conditioning in all rooms, good WiFi connection and a printer.

We have secure off street parking outside the villa

Sierra Gorda is a residential urbanization and only 25 minutes from Malaga airport

The villa is perfectly situated for relaxing holidays and its location is ideal for travelling to coastal resorts of Fuengirola, Mijas, Benalmedina, Marbella or visiting many other beautiful city's like Cordoba, Seville, Granada and for the golfers there are many local courses not to far away

Your hosts Franco and Kim live above the apartment, Franco originally form Florence (Italy) has been in the hospitality industry since the age of 19 and Kim also has 19 years experience in catering and they have now decided to take it easy and spend most of their time in this beautiful part of Spain

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Kim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
