Lovely Finca set in 12000 sq.m of land with olive and fruit trees

30mins from Malaga airport and 25mins from Marbella voted top destination for Uk travellers. Spacious and comfortable living area. Large private outdoor areas with pool, seating and tables, sun loungers, yoga mats, table tennis table, outdoor draughts, practice tennis wall,bicycles, terrace and awnings. Spotify or stream through the TV for your "twisting by the pool" moments and Free Wifi.

BQ area for Dad to do the outside cooking.

15 mins walk to La Trocha shopping centre with restaurants, spa/gym padel tennis and Sunday market. 30mins to Marbella. Walking football and a beer after available at Benelmadena, 30mins from the Finca.

    Thank you for a 5 star review. We will take your comments re. the walking time to the shops at La Trocha and BBQ into account. There is a shortcut to the shops that you may not have been made aware of, but a 15 minute stroll would be more relaxing. The bbq is portable and can be moved to a different position if needed and has been used successfully by many guests. Great you enjoyed the location of the villa which gives the feeling of traditional Spanish life but close to all modern facilities. Hope you can return and stay with us again.

The views from the roof terrace as the sun sets as you pointed out are stunning. Loose tiles I am afraid is an ongoing job in Spain due to the climate and we always endeavour to get replaced.     Thank you for a lovely review, the mountain views of traditional Spain from our Finca are indeed a sight to behold in a warm evening with a glass of your favourite tipple. The goats passing by complete the Spanish setting. All this and just 30mins by car from the coastal resorts of Marbella, La Cala, Fuengirola and Benelmadena.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
