From the owner

The sunny and nicely decorated 70 m2 apartment has three large windows with direct access to the 60 m2 big terrace. It is furnished with Pergola a big table, 6 chairs, lounge chairs and a barbecue grill. Beyond the terrace there are olive and fig trees.

Coldirodi, an eight minute walk from the villa, has three churches, three restaurants and seven bars, as well as bakeries, butcher shops, boutiques, bank, post office, (small supermarket?),and more. From the piazza there are buses to the beach (and other activities) in Sanremo. It takes about 20-25 minutes to Walk to the beach

In the summer there are live music and common Barbecue parties in Coldirodi.

There is a “great room”, which consists of a 15 m2 kitchen/dining area and a 30 m2 living room area. There are two bedrooms, one 16m2, the other smaller, and a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, an Electrolux refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave oven.There is a separate laundry room with an Electrolux washing machine. The dining table can seat 6 people.

There is a bed sofa, two bed chairs, table, TV with 60 channels, DVD player, radio with CD.

Bedrooms
The large bedroom has two beds, two night tables, one chest of drawers and a wardrobe (closet). The smaller bedroom has two bulk beds, a night table and storage facilities.

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a shower, bide, WC (toilet), sink and a ventilation window.

All floors have a heating system (all floors are heated) and are tiled with beautiful Italian terracotta.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gunnar (the owner) a message.

If Gunnar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
