From the owner

Villa Pina is a beautiful detached house located a few hundred meters from the center of Colico, home to most of the tourist activities (bars, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, shopping, food, boat and bike rental, sports and cultural activities) . The swimming beaches are easily reached on foot, while only 3 km is the largest Shopping Center Fuentes. The property is surrounded by a large garden of about 800 square meters, completely fenced and full of gray areas, where you can relax on sun loungers available to guests. From the large terrace you can enjoy a 'lake view and outdoor dining by taking advantage of the practical table and a small barbecue. Inside the property you can park their cars. In the house guests will find 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe or chest of drawers and a fan and 3 bathrooms, one with laundry. The living area comprises a large lounge with reading area, satellite TV and stereo system - CD, dining room with adjoining kitchen and fully equipped. In almost the entire hotel is available free WI-FI.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sara (the owner) a message.

If Sara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
