Probably the best condo at North Creek Resort (NCR) at Blue Mountain. This Condo is just a 15 minute walk to the Village at Blue.Usually free shuttle cancelled due to COVID. This unique complex offers a spectacular view of Blue Mountain and just the right blend of small town charm, quiet, and resort appeal. This is a true ski-in/ski-out location at the foot of the North Ski Hill of Blue Mountain just a dozen steps from your front door. There are NO stairs to climb to get in/out of this bright GROUND LEVEL condo which offers great views of the mountain and the best deck in the complex. One of TWO FULL DECKS has a beautiful view of a small waterfall which you can hear whenever outside on the back patio. A SMALL STREAM flows around the outside of your private bedroom. This 554 sq. ft. chalet gives you one SEPARATE, PRIVATE BEDROOM, and a new leather LazyBoy sleeper-couch in the living room. Both have very comfortable queen-sized beds with down duvets. This condo has also been recently upgraded with a new 40 inch SMART TV, electric fireplace, marble backsplash, granite counters, carpeting, furniture, two high efficiency HVAC units and stainless steel appliances. Lots of FREE PARKING (including underground), tennis and a communal hot-tub (cancelled due to covid) are included.

My condo sleeps 4 in two SEPARATE, PRIVATE sleeping areas. There is one compete bathroom with a two-sink vanity and Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. An electric fireplace and a new SMART TV with cable is included.

The modern, full Kitchen includes a new Bosch dishwasher, fridge, microwave, island, stove/oven, towels, utensils pots, pans, kettle, a Moulinex coffee maker, toaster, martini/wine glasses, etc. There is also a separate dining area that seats four.

How do damage deposits work?
