We welcome you to our lovely apartment Gross Hohn 32 at the threshold of the nature conservation area Bergisches Land.

The drive into Cologne is about 20 minutes by car. The drive to Chempark Leverkusen (Akzo Nobel, Bayer AG, Lanxess and others) is also about 20 minutes by car. The airport Cologne/Bonn is also about 20 minutes away. The Technologiepark Bergisch Gladbach is 5 minutes by car.

Good public schools are available within a vicinity of 5 km from the house.

Our non-smoking apartment has been furnished with modern design furniture and antiques collected on our travels around the world from Afghanistan via Berlin to Johannesburg and Moscow.

The apartment includes a double bedroom, separate bathroom, lounge and kitchen. It has a private area in the garden with gorgeous views into the "Bergische Land".

The apartment offers its own entrance with secure parking behind electronic gates. Additional comforts include TV and DVD player, hairdryer, information about the city of Cologne and the surrounds.

Heating and warm water is included in the rental fee. The apartment is serviced weekly and laundry is done on request at an additional cost. WiFi is provided free of charge. A private telephone land line can be made applied for at cost.

Dogs are welcome by previous arrangement. We kindly request that dogs do not sleep on the beds or the other furniture.

Please note the minimum stay is 90 nights. The apartment is ideal for those seeking temporary accommodation with the vicinity of Cologne or Leverkusen. Tennants within two weeks upon arrival will have to register with the German police as required by law.

Why can't I call Jonas (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jonas (the owner) a message.

If Jonas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
