Whether you are business travelers, visitors or tourists, the fully furnished 120 sqm apartment on the right river side of Cologne (Merheim) offers you excellent transportation links to be a good starting point for all other activities.

The apartment is bright and modern. It is located on the 1st floor and has 3 rooms plus a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms ( 1x bath tub / shower, 1x shower) and a large, sunny and covered balcony overlooking the countryside.

Large living room with large leather sofa – extended it can also be used as sleeping accommodation for 1-2 persons.

2 bedroom each with double beds (200 cm x 180 cm) incl. bedding.

2 bathrooms with heated towel rail (shower / tub and toilet) incl. towels.

Own modern equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all crockery, cutlery and many other kitchen utensils.

Flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Free Wi-Fi connection.

Separate entrance with own doorbell and mailbox exists.

Relaxed Parking in front of the house.

In Cologne, there is of course not only the cathedral, but more than 30 museums and hundreds of galleries. Exhibitions range from ancient Roman archeological sites to contemporary graphics and sculpture. Cologne is worth in many ways a trip!

The apartment is only 10 minutes by car from the center of Cologne. Cologne Trade Fair or the Lanxess Arena is within a 10 minutes distance during normal traffic. The tram line 1 in the direction of Cologne and Bensberg is within 5 minutes walking distance (station: Kalker Friedhof). The trade fair, the Köln-Deutz station and the Lanxess Arena are within 10 minutes distance using that line. Heumarkt /Alter Markt (12 min ), Neumarkt / Schildergasse (15 min ), University (22 min) and that’s all even with no need to change lines.

The Merheimer Hospital can be reached on foot in just about 10 minutes.

Also a variety of shops, such as supermarkets, restaurants, Aral gas station (24h) , Bakery , pharmacy, bank are, as well as the Merheimer Heide (easy for sports opportunities in the fresh air or just to relax) are accessible within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

The highways A3 and A4 can be reached by car in 5 minutes.

The airport, as well as the central station are both only about 10 km away.

Towels and linen can be changed at a small extra charge if required.

Smoking on the balcony only.

Pets are not allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
