This big detached converted barn is situated on a large Devon farm near the village of Southleigh and can sleep 14 people in six bedrooms.The Barn is a big, smart detached house on a 200 acre Devon farm near the village of Southleigh. The house sleeps 14 people in six bedrooms with six bathrooms, including one easy access ground floor bedroom. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a paddock for games, a play area, a hot tub and a terrace with furniture and outdoor electric grill, as well as the farm to wander and enjoy outdoor activities. The Barn is a smashing base for big groups to enjoy a lovely Devon holiday.

Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for six cars. Children's play area, outdoor electric grill, hot tub. Three well-behaved dogs welcome, first dog included, extra dogs at £75 pet dog, per week. Sorry no smoking. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: This property is best for a maximum of 12 adults. Note: Additional activities such as clay shooting, archery, and coarse fishing available by arrangement at extra cost, Monday - Thursday only.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Beer is a small picturesque fishing village on the south Devon coast near Seaton. The shingle beach is very sheltered, backed by limestone cliffs and was once fertile smuggling territory, plus contraband was hidden in nearby caves, which are now a popular tourist attraction
