This big farmhouse with single storey annexe is situated on a farm near the Devon village of Southleigh and can sleep 14 people in 6 bedrooms.Lower Wadden Farmhouse and Annexe is a big detached farmhouse with single storey annexe on a Devon farm near the village of Southleigh. The house sleeps fourteen people in six bedrooms, two double, three twin and a family room with four bathrooms. On the ground floor are two sitting rooms, one with electric fire, a conservatory, a dining room and a kitchen/breakfast room. In the annexe is the family bedroom with one of the bathrooms and an open plan living space. Outside is a courtyard with hot tub and trampoline, a games barn/summer house and a garden with play equipment, furniture and a barbecue. About a mile from Southleigh village, Lower Wadden Farmhouse and Annexe is a brilliant house for big groups to enjoy a Devon break.

Microwave, electric range-style cooker with 5 burners/2 ovens/separate grill, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for six cars. Childrens' play area, barbecue, hot tub. Three well-behaved dogs welcome, first dog included, extra dogs at £75 per dog, per week. Sorry no smoking. Note: Additional activities such as clay shooting, archery, and coarse fishing available by arrangement at extra cost, Monday - Thursday only.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Beer is a small picturesque fishing village on the south Devon coast near Seaton. The shingle beach is very sheltered, backed by limestone cliffs and was once fertile smuggling territory, plus contraband was hidden in nearby caves, which are now a popular tourist attraction
