Fantastica casa adosada muy amplia de 180 metros y 100 de parcela, construida en el año 2006, dispone de tres plantas, con dos jardines uno delantero y otro trasero. La piscina se encuentra en un bloque de apartamentos que hay frente a la casa (abierta a partir de San Juan )Planta baja: recibidor, aseo, cocina independiente( vitroceramica, horno, lavavajillas y microondas) y gran salon comedor con salida al jardin con barbacoa.La casa tiene capacidad para 8 si son todos adultos y se podrian alojar hasta 10 si hay niños. Tenemos otra casa disponible con las mismas caracteristicas.Consulta con el propietario.

Primera planta: dos dormitorios dobles, uno de ellos suite, un dormitorio cuadruple, dos cuartos de baño, armarios empotrados. Planta superior: buhardilla (sin puerta)con cama doble y salida a la terraza solarium.Suelo parquet. Dispone de tv satelite. Facil aparcamiento

    La casa se encuentra a unos 800 metros de la playa,hay un paseito un poco largo si vas con niños,pero el aparcamiento a pie de playa es bastante abundante.Un saludo

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pilar (the owner) a message.

    If Pilar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
