Fantastica casa adosada para 12 personas muy amplia de 180 metros y 120 de parcela,construida en el año 2007,dispone de tres plantas,con dos jardines uno delantero y otro trasero.

La playa se encuentra a 10 minutos andando al igual que el pueblo.

Estacion de tren y supermercado a 300 metros.

Ideal para visitar Barcelona ( a 35 minutos en coche y a una hora en tren) y Tarragona ( a 25 minutos en coche o tren)

Se encuentra a 30 minutos de PORT AVENTURA y a 15 de RIOLEON SAFARI.

Consta de :

Planta baja:recibidor,aseo,cocina independiente(vitroceramica,horno,lavavajillas,lavadora y microondas)y gran salón con salida al jardín con barbacoa.

Primera planta:Dormitorio triple tipo suite con vestidor y lavabo con bañera ,dormitorio doble y otro triple ,lavabo con ducha.

Planta superior:buhardilla sin puerta con cama doble y salida a la terraza solárium.Facil aparcamiento.

. Dispone de cuna , la piscina se encuentra en un bloque de apartamentos que hay frente a la casa (abierta a partir de San Juan)

Tenemos otra casa completamente igual y con las mismas caracteristicas en el mismo complejo residencial

La casa tiene camas para 8 pero podría alojar hasta 10 personas si hay niños(consulta con el propietario)

Se entregaran 200€ de fianza en efectivo el dia de entrada que se devolveran el dia de salida tras comprobar la casa

No se admiten fiestas ni alquileres a menores de 25 años

Nuestra mayor recompensa es saber que su estancia ha sido tan agradable ,como bien dice la casa no consta de aire acondicionado pero esta muy aireada ya que da a dos calles y nunca se ha echado en falta lo que si que es cierto es que el calor que ha hecho este verano 2015 no es nada usual.Muchas gracias.

Why can't I call Antonia (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonia (the owner) a message.

If Antonia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
