Villa Roble, HEATED POOL,for 8 PERS, WIFI, A/C, magnificent view

Beautiful Villa Roble located in stunning surroundings approximately 10 minutes by car, from Comares, voted a magical village of Spain. Also within a few minutes walk to 2 excellent bars/restaurants. The villa has 3 bedrooms with a double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate up to 8 persons. There are 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. The outside space is perfect and has an excellent heated swimming pool , sunbeds, barbecue, and lots of terraces with amazing views.

The villa also offers free wifi, aircon in 1 bedroom, living room and hallway on a pay per use basis and parking for up to 3 cars.

In the living room, for the cooler months there is a pellet burner and an open fireplace.

The swimming pool can be heated from April 1 to November 15

All our villas are located in a wonderful natural environment and in quiet areas of the village. That is why these houses are ideal for vacations for families and groups who seek these characteristics and appreciate them. Please note, therefore, that the villas are not suitable and are not available for loud parties.

The village of Comares, voted one of the most beautiful White villages in the Axarquia is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is a few minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.

Air conditioning cost: 30 euros by week is in place for your arrival, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature that you set. Please be aware that air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.

The swimming pool is open all year. !!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jose A (the owner) a message.

    If Jose A (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
