Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this lovely detached barn conversion is on a hill farm, 2.5 miles from Combe Martin.The Byre is a stylish and attractive barn conversion, set close to the Exmoor National Park, on a hill farm 2.5 miles from Combe Martin. There are two lovely bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a family bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Outside, wonderful views can be enjoyed from the garden and terrace area, ideal for alfresco dining. There is off road parking for one car. With the coast at Combe Martin just 2.5 miles away, and the delights of Exmoor on the doorstep, The Byre makes a quality and comfortable retreat throughout the year.

Town: Located on the border between Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is the picturesque settlement of Combe Martin. This little seaside resort, with a wide variety of amenities, is a great attraction for locals and visitors, and is home to a very popular beach. Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple are all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens close by, offering unique insights into local history. Woolacombe beach is close by and is an excellent place for surfing, whilst the South West coastal path passes within a mile for those who love rambling.
