This smart Exmoor farm cottage is situated two miles from the Devon village of Combe Martin and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Owls Roost is a smart Devon cottage on a traditional Exmoor farm near the coastal village of Combe Martin. The cottage sleeps six people in three en suite bedrooms over two levels. On the top floor is a sitting room with electric fire and a kitchen with dining area and balcony. Outside is a hot tub in an outbuilding and a lawn garden with furniture and barbecue. Just two miles from the village and three miles from the beach, Owls Roost is a friendly cottage for a relaxing Devon break.

Amenities: Central heating with electric fires. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, Cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, Off road parking for three cars. Barbecue, hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Hot tub is available until 8pm or later by arrangement and is closed on Thursdays. Note: Electric vehicles cannot be charged at this property. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike, and is home to a very popular beach as well its own Dinosaur Park!

Thank you very much for your feedback. We agree that it's important to know that the farm is indeed in a secluded location, and the nearest village, Coombe Martin, is about three miles away. Parracombe is also lovely, about a ten minute drive away, and when we last visited, the Fox and Goose Inn was a good choice for a proper Exmoor inn.
