A beautiful oasis perfect for romantic getaways!

Our apartment has arguably one of the nicest views of any property overlooking Lake Como.

Part of a development of 22 apartments in lavish gardens of area 4 hectare, it offers a clean and tasteful contemporary interior, including a modern fully-fitted kitchen with induction cooking hob and all the appliances you will need for an enjoyable self-catering stay.

A spacious dining area is furnished with a stylish white round table and designer chairs. Alternatively you can enjoy dining ‘alfresco’ or an aperitif on the patio area overlooking the lake and the 300 year old church, the inspiration of many an artist..

A sunny lawn provides you with a delightful spot where they can enjoy a picnic or a glass of wine or you can relax under the sun with a good book on one of the sun loungers provided next to the swimming pool, located above the property, both offer the perfect excuse for plenty of relaxation and enjoyment of the stunning lake views.

The property interior further boasts a chic and tasteful master bedroom furnished with elegant white minimalist furniture and a double bed. There is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area, for up to two children. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

There is high-speed internet at your disposal, a smart TV with Netflix, plus an ever-expanding library of DVD's (200+ at the last count), books (many of them hard-to-find and beautifully illustrated editions covering the history and culture of the region), as well as information and guide books covering the local area. So you will have plenty to keep you occupied on a rainy day, when the lake takes on a surreal new beauty.

A contemporary well-fitted bathroom provides you with a shower, wash basin and WC, also the location of the washer dryer, and is easily accessible to those sleeping in the living room via the master bedroom.

A private secure parking space is included with the rental of the property and the local village amenities are all within walking distance.

The beach and jetty for the lake ferry service are less than 5 minutes by foot, as are a bar and the highly rated "Il Vapore" restaurant. There is a bus service running from Como to Bellagio, the stop is just 50m from the entrance to the property, runs hourly, and another service just one stop (500m) away that connects with the hill towns of Molina, Lemna and Palanza.

The Lake Como area is wonderful at any time of the year, although our property is normally closed from December through February. The weather in the spring and autumn is usually quite settled, ideal for walking and cycling. The skies are deep blue and with the flowers blooming or the leaves turning, the area is a feast for the eyes in both seasons.

And nowhere more so than the view from our property, which ranges from the mesmerising to the intoxicating. Please come and enjoy.

We do not live in Italy. The apartment is looked after by our caretaker, she will be on hand (contactable by phone, email or Whatsapp) during your stay if you need any assistance or have any problems. Upon confirmation of your booking and receipt of full payment, we will provide you with a comprehensive Visitor Guide, it will answer any question you are likely to have. On arrival at the property, you will find the keys in a locked key box, we will have provided you the access code beforehand.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nicholas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
