An ancient house overlooking a secret and silent garden in the heart of Como. A place a bit 'magical to relive the atmosphere of the past, immersed in an oasis of peace. Where there was an ancient monastery, today a charming residence is reborn. From the large entrance overlooking the courtyard you enter a large living room with a dining table and two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Brand new kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, crockery and everything needed for cooking and preparing breakfast. 3 BEDROOMS 1 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, equipped with refined bed linen and towels. for the little guests 2 cots, 1 crib, bar for a high chair and children's crockery Two bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit. the heating is autonomous. After your visits on the lake and in the city you can relax in the outdoor area overlooking a beautiful and quiet garden. Just outside the apartment you will find yourself in the pulsating heart of the city, in the narrow streets of the center with shops and restaurants. A few steps from the pier for boats, the railway station for Milan and the airport of Malpensa and Linate. You do not need a car to visit the city but if you arrive with that you can park nearby, the apartment is in fact in the pedestrian area. Upon arrival you will find a complimentary bottle of Italian wine, maps, books on the city and the lake but I will be happy to give you advice to visit the city and the lake.

Why can't I call ALESSANDRA (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact ALESSANDRA (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ALESSANDRA (the owner) a message.

If ALESSANDRA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
