Acogedora y confortable casa rural a tan sólo 4 km del pueblo de Cómpeta, entre olivos y viñas se encuentra Finca Ventorrillo, un lugar idóneo para relajarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el sol, con unas bonitas vistas al mar y la montaña.

Finca Ventorrillo tiene capacidad para 4 personas. El amplio salón cuenta con 2 sofás, TV vía satélite, chimenea, mesa de comedor y una hermosa galería con un sofá a la que nos podemos retirar. La cocina americana está totalmente equipada. Finca Ventorrillo se completa con 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con 2 camas individuales y un baño con ducha.

El salón y los dormitorios disponen de aire acondicionado.

En la zona de afuera su refrescante piscina privada con terraza y barbacoa. El mejor sitio para tomar un baño al sol y disfrutar las espectaculares vistas al paisaje.

Finca Ventorrillo está situada a 4 km de distancia del pueblo de Cómpeta. Todo el camino está asfaltado, solamente los últimos aproximadamente 100 m son bastante empinados, pero se puede realizar sin problemas con un coche normal.

Cómpeta nos ofrece: varios pequeños supermercados, panadería, tienda de frutas y verduras, restaurantes, bares, farmacias, centro médico, dentista, internet-café, tiendas de recuerdos, información de turismo y mucho más.

Se admiten mascotas (max. 2). Le informamos que en caso de traer su mascota habría que pagar un suplemento de 50 € (una vez por estancia) en efectivo a la llegada en nuestra oficina de Cómpeta.

Llegada tardía:

Por favor, tenga en cuenta si la llegada se produjera después de las 21:30 horas, se deberá abonar un suplemento de 50 €, a pagar en efectivo a la llegada.

Calefacción:

En el caso de querer utilizar la calefacción central (radiadores) habría que pagar un suplemento de 20 € por noche. Rogamos que nos avise con 1 semana de antelación si quiere utilizar la calefacción.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
