Villa Azzurra is situated in Conca dei Marini, a picturesque village on the Amalfi Coast about 4 kilometers away from Amalfi. Access to the villa is from the coastal highway leading to nearby Positano.

The Villa is reachable by a path with very easy and comfortable steps (about 230) taking you directly to the large terrace in front of the dining room.

Exteriors:

The Villa has a private pool, access to the sea and 3 private terraces:

1) located in front of the dining room and furnished with a table for 6 people;

2) located on the side furnished with deck chairs, an umbrella and swimming pool;

3) a solarium situated on the top of the Villa

The access to the sea (110 easy steps from the house)

The use of the pool is private and not shared with other people

Interiors:

The Villa is on two levels and the first is made up of:

A large combined living/dining with access to the large terrace with sea view;

A nice kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven and microwave;

A bathroom (no shower)

From the living 20 steps leads to the lower floor that consists of:

A double bedroom with two porthole windows, and furnished with a wardrobe

A bathroom with two sinks, toilet and a shower.

The pool was built the year 2016 and all the outdoor terraces have been restored. The interior furniture is very simple and functional but not luxurious

Bus stop at 50mt from the gate exit

Closest shops are in Praiano at about 4km

Closest beach is at about 1 km away (Fiordo di Furore)

Private parking for 1 car available in the private gate situated along the main road. Parking for a second car on request (not in the property but at 100mt) €30,00 per day

PLEASE NOTE: The access to the Villa is only for the people that rent the house. It is forbidden the access to other people at the pool and at the house. It is not possible to arrange parties.Pool lights are on in the evening in a specific time

The house has NOT a bbq and it's use is strictly forbidden

Outdoor there are umbrellas. We recommend all our guest to keep umbrellas closed when is windy, in the night and when you are not using them. In case at the departure we found the umbrella broken you will be charged for the damage.

It is forbidden the use of candles, the floor can be damaged

At the departure the apt has be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from rubbish. Eventually, these conditions are not respected will be deducted from the deposit an amount corresponding to the hours of cleaning necessary to bring the property clean.For your arrival we recommend you to be in touch with us and inform us about the approximately time of your arrival,

On your arrival will be required to sign a contract and the house inventory and copy of all the passports

ANTS: In our area ants are common and they are ready to come out and above all in the houses with gardens and in warm weather so please make sure to keep the apartment clean. If you need some help to kill them, we suggest you to use some products that you find in the furniture under the sink and please in case you have children be careful on its use.

Please when you go out and during the night make sure to keep doors and windows closed

A surcharge of EUR 80,00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours (3.00pm to 7.00pm). All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Check-in is not possible after 8.00pm.

For Sunday arrival there is an extra charge of euro 50,00 and the check in time has to be agreed.sunday check in is between 4.00pm to 7.00pm.

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
