Valentina is a typical coastal “casa” with an immense terrace overlooking the bay of Conca Dei Marini. It is a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation immersed in the scent of the Amalfi Coast Lemon orchard scents. It is located at 800 meters from the small village of Conca Dei Marini where you can find food stores, pizzeria and a couple of bars and the bus stop to nearby towns. The beach is at 30 minutes’ walk down the ancient stone stairs; you will reach the Tonnarella shore consisting of pebbles and crystal water!

Our Casa Valentina features a 60 square meters of Sea view private Terrace equipped with an external shower, a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor summer dining, a living room that includes a sofa and TV, the master bedroom containing a king size bed, whilst the other bedroom has 2 single beds, one large full bathroom with enclosed shower/tub. Rooms are air conditioned and winter heated. The well-stocked kitchen includes a gas stove, an electric oven, toaster, clothes-washer, fridge and refrigerator, as well as a wooden table with 6 chairs. You access the property via a small ramp of stair of circa 70 steps and guests can use the private garden covered by lemon trees. We encourage the use of a car while renting this property as parking is easily available in the area.

We are very sorry for what happened during the period of your stay at Casa Valery. We do apologize. We tried our best to avoid issue… but we partially failed in this occasion. He did not mean to be rude; he had a bad day and the guy works very hard in Summer. Yet this does not justify his rude manners he had with you. Yet, please, do not judge the house from the discourtesy of the owner that only happened in this, sole and only occasion. The house is a perfect base to explore the area, and located in a very quiet area. The issue with INTERNET was solved and it should not happen in the future; the Telecom is improving the service and it seems we will have the speediest available one for 2016. Casa Valery has one of the largest and most breath-taking terrace/view of Conca Dei Marini. It will not disappoint a family holiday or a couple romantic vacation.

How do damage deposits work?
