MAGIC SEA VIEW is an apartment of 70 square meters, all new, just completed, in the green and silent area.

From the two terraces is a amazing view of the Gulf of Amalfi which is 4 kilometers away.

The apartment consists of a large living room ( with a comfortable double sofa bed), kitchen, a hallway ,one double bed room, two full bathrooms with box shower, 2 terraces.

Both the two rooms have a private bathroom.

Inside, the rooms have beautiful vaulted dome features.

The floors and the 2 bathrooms have beautiful Vietri ceramics.

The beach is 700 m from the apartment and reachable via stairs ( 20 minutes on foot) surrounded by greenery and picturesque streets.

During the summer months there is also the possibility to use the shuttle service of a private beach ( Capo di Conca Beach) to get directly to the sea without walking.

The house has no air conditioning, but the very thick walls protect it from the heat.

There is a "deumidificatore".

It is also equipped with a fully functioning heating system.

The area is visited by tourists all year round, even during the winter, especially during Christmas holidays..

Available WiFi with 1000 fiber

A small supermarket (with delivery service) is located in the high part of Conca, 500m from the house, reachable on foot in 10 minutes.

Nearby there is also an excellent restaurant Pizzeria..

There are 2 bus stops : in front of Hotel Belvedere ( Sorrento-Amalfi) and in Conca High near Hotel Santarosa ( Agerla- Amalfi) : both stops are 10-minute walk from the house.

The house is not affected by the tourist traffic and the location of Conca dei Marini (4 Km from Amalfi, 15 Km from Positano) makes it an ideal, central and strategic position to visit the entire Amalfi Coast.

In 1917 Conca dei Marini was nominated the third village most beautiful in Italy.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In addition to the price of the rent there will be:
