Villa Elena si trova nel cuore di Conca dei Marini, una piccola cittadina italiana, lontano dal turismo rumoroso e vicino alle famose città della Costiera Amalfitana. Amalfi e Positano sono a pochi chilometri di distanza dalla nostra villa.

La Costiera Amalfitana, come viene chiamata dagli italiani, ha molti luoghi romantici nascosti e almeno altrettante storie segrete da scoprire. Per questo tanti VIP sono venuti e vengono per godere il “ Dolce Far Niente”, la “Giovialità della gente del posto”, la “buona cucina” e anche le spettacolari viste da ovunque ci si trovi.

Villa Elena è una prestigiosa ed esclusiva villa con una suggestiva vista sul mare, circondata da giardini verdeggianti e terrazze panoramiche, che consentono di vedere la costa da una splendida posizione e di godere le vostre vacanze come una volta facevano le first ladies Jackeline Kennedy e Hillary Clinton o la famosa attrice Sophia Loren.

La Villa è accessibile da un ingresso privato, che porta al cancello principale ed al primo dei due livelli. Questo meraviglioso immobile vi offre diverse terrazze con vista panoramica, una piscina e una jacuzzi con idromassaggio. Tutte le sette camere da letto sono arredate in un elegante stile barocco e dotate di ogni confort moderno.

Primo livello

Dopo aver percorso 65 gradini, si arriva al cancello principale e si ha accesso a un piccolo viale che conduce alla prima terrazza con piscina panoramica, doccia esterna e vasca idromassaggio riscaldata. Avete qui la possibilità di rilassarvi su una delle sedie a sdraio ed avere la sensazione reale di magia quando si vede il famoso tramonto di Capri. Potete trovare a questo livello anche tre camere da letto matrimoniali. Due indipendenti, con bagno annesso, ed una di queste con un piccolo salotto, con la possibilità di utilizzare un divano letto. La terza camera da letto matrimoniale è inclusa nella casa principale della villa, sempre con bagno. Ogni camera da letto è dotata di TV, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, servizi igienici, doccia e lavandino.

La casa principale è costituita da una spaziosa terrazza con tavoli grandi dove poter mangiare all'aperto, una sala da pranzo, un soggiorno ed una zona cucina all’interno, sempre con un tavolo da pranzo, sedie, divano, TV, Wi-fi gratuito, DVD. La cucina è ben fornita, con piano cottura con quattro fornelli, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, ghiacciaia, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e tutti gli utensili necessari.

Tutte le camere si affacciano sul mare.

Secondo livello

Si arriva al secondo livello salendo pochi passi, con altre possibilità di sedersi e rilassarsi. Questo secondo livello della Villa è così composto: tre camere indipendenti con bagni adiacenti. Ogni camera da letto è dotata di TV, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, servizi igienici, doccia, e lavandino. Tutte hanno una propria terrazza con vista mare. Questo livello offre un particolare gazebo coperto, che invita a godere lo straordinario panorama ed a trascorrere ore indimenticabili.

Seminterrato

Sotto la terrazza della casa principale vi è un’ampia sala, una zona relax con un piccolo angolo cottura dove poter preparare dolci e rilassanti tisane e deliziarsi magari guardando la Tv o giocando con qualche gioco di società.

    How do damage deposits work?
