Awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. This lovely modern apartment on a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course on Jardin 5 for rent in a quiet and tranquil part of Spain. Furnished to a high standard with all modern facilities, including WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher. It has an excellent fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, oven & grill. A large fridge freezer and all cutlery and crockery, glasses etc. For this season, we have just purchased new solarium furniture too.

There are two double bedrooms each with two single beds and fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers and a set of drawers.

The bathroom has an over bath shower and a bidet.

There are lovely views of the sunset from the roof terrace - excellent for

al-fresco dining.

Gates at the top and bottom of the stairs leading to the solarium make this a safe environment for children.

The nearest beach is Puerto de Mazarron which is approx 15 mins by car.

The apartment is a 25 minute taxi ride from the new Corvera airport or 60 mins from Alicante airport. Most budget airlines fly into both Murcia (Corvera) or Alicante airports, making this a bargain holiday for most families.

The complex has a supermarket, several bars and restaurants a beauty parlour and bakery. During the summer there is a market on the complex. Coach trips out can be arranged on site too.

The apartment has hot and cold air-con units to suit all temperatures which is operated by a card meter. Cards available from keyholder, Paul.

If you are looking for a great chill-out holiday then this is the place for you.

There is a pergola cover installed on the solarium to give shade from the midday sun for those who like to eat outside.

We may not be the cheapest (but we are very competitive) but the back up, communication and service can be relied on. If you need anything at all during your stay, my keyholder or myself are happy to help.

I can only apologise if not everything was to your satisfaction. I will take up the cleaning aspect with my keyholder who does the cleaning. As to the air conditioning, had you allowed the technician in the check the units, it could have been used during your stay. However, it was check upon your departure and found to be in full working order. The website does state that air conditioning is available but is on a pre paid card meter. The cards are €10 euros each and are to stop clients being wasteful. There has never been an issue over the past 8 years so I am not sure where the figure of €30 comes from.

Why can't I call Joy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joy (the owner) a message.

If Joy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
