Typical Andalusian finca with 20 000 sqm fenced plot. WIFI, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and sea view; a 'feel-good oasis' for young and old of the special kind, where you can really enjoy your holiday. Facilities: 2 kitchens fully equipped, ie with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, fridge / freezer, microwave everything just what belongs to a kitchen. 10 Moroccan-style bedrooms with large double beds and good mattresses. 4 daylight bathrooms with sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub. Two large comfortably furnished living room with satellite TV, each with a beautiful dining area, 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms and five bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are also five bedrooms, two bathrooms, the billiard room, a reading room and a balcony with panoramic views. The large barbecue grill is available in the garden. On the spacious grounds there are several terraces and comfortable seating, so that you can always get new impressions at any time of the day. A ping-pong table, umbrellas and many other leisure or play possibilities can g. G. be lent on the finca.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ralf (the owner) a message.

    If Ralf (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
