Estupendo piso de tres habitaciones en urbanización La Atalaya en Conil de la Frontera con piscina comunitaria y a tan solo 300 metros de la playa de la Fontanilla, la mejor en servicios y calidad del pueblo. Completamente equipado y amueblado, con sabanas y toallas. Relajese y disfrute del estupendo clima las playas y el mar de Conil. El piso esta situado en planta baja, tiene tres habitaciones, dos cuartos de baño uno con bañera, integrado en la habitación de matrimonio, y otro con plato de ducha y mampara, salón-comedor , cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, horno, microondas, etc, terraza con vistas a la piscina y salida directa a la misma, plaza de garaje para un coche y piscina comunitaria para mayores y otra para los más pequeños ( Piscinas abiertas desde 9 de Abril hasta 16 de Octubre). El mobiliario esta totalmente nuevo y la decoración acoge a los inquilinos para un mayor disfrute de las vacaciones.

La situación es inmejorable puesto que esta situado a 300 metros de la playa y La urbanización de La Atalaya se caracteriza por el ambiente familiar y tranquilo de la zona, y por estar enclavado en una de las mejores situaciones del pueblo. La bajada a la playa se hace por el parque de La Atalaya (perfecto para familias con pequeños por la seguridad de cruzarse con pocos coches de camino a la playa). La playa mas cercana es la de la Fontanilla, equipada con servicios de playa, restaurantes y bares a pie de playa. Justo frente a la urbanización a unos 70 metros de la puerta existe un grupo de locales: Restaurante, Pizeria, Burguer, etc. Hacia el otro sentido, a unos 200 metros hay un supermercado Supersol y a 100 metros mas se encuentra el mercado de abastos, perfecto para comprar pescado fresco de la zona y las verduras que caracterizan al pueblo por su calidad, sabor y brillo. A unos 500 metros se encuentra un supermercado Mercadona. La zona principal del pueblo se entiende que es el paseo marítimo, que se situa a unos 15 minutos andando de la urbanización, y subiendo la Avenida de la Playa desde este, se puede encontrar la zona de movimiento del pueblo. Una vez que se adentre por esta avenida al anochecer, el movimiento de gente les conducirá a los rincones mas famosos y característicos del centro del pueblo. Venga a disfrutar de estas costas bañadas por el sol 300 días al año y conozca la cultura de este pueblo tan poco conocido y tan admirado por mantener la identidad de sus habitantes y rincones, y si lo hace, probablemente volverá año tras año y será asiduo de la zona como todos los que ya han conocido nuestras maravillosas costas.

I have been summering in Conil from the 20 years that I did with my current wife (while we were still dating) site. For many years I wanted to have a house of these features to enjoy Conil and its beaches. He is having had three daughters, 3 bedrooms needed minimum. I think it has been one of the greatest achievements of my life. I love going through that little door that goes directly from the porch to the pools. Sitting on the porch drinking coffee or reading a book and see my little girl while bathing in the pool. I love the tranquility in this house and the magnificent temperature does not need air conditioning to be pleasurably.

Muy buena casa, puedes dejar el coche en el aparcamiento de la casa y moverte andando a todo el pueblo y playas...además, en el patio puedes comer y ver las piscinas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jose Antonio (the owner) a message.

If Jose Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
